Milan: Colliers Durando

We are proud to share with you our participation in an innovative student housing project in Milan, located on Via Durando and in close proximity to the prestigious Politecnico di Milano. Imago, will be responsible for supplying the furniture for this exciting project.

The project includes the construction of two buildings for student use and a spacious green public square. The first building, located between Via Durando and private Morghen Street, will be enhanced by a new building body facing the square. The second building, along Andreoli Street, will feature a rectangular structure with an interior courtyard accessible to residents and users of the neighborhood.

The buildings will be equipped with essential services for students, including laundry facilities, gyms, movie theaters, and study areas.
